Do you love reading books? Need a side gig? Then, BookBrowse is for you!
How often would you be writing a review & does BookBrowse pay?
Regular reviewers tend to write about one review a month and receive a byline and modest payment. Each featured review consists of a review and a "beyond the book" article.
The full reviews and articles are available to BookBrowse members at all times (including individual members and patrons of subscribing libraries), and to all visitors (about half a million a month) for a week or two at time of first publication. At other times non-members can view small parts of the full reviews.
Reviewers are free to write for other media, both on and offline; but reviews and beyond the book articles written for BookBrowse become the property of BookBrowse and cannot be reproduced elsewhere without prior written agreement.
Can I review for BookBrowe if I'm not based in the USA?
Most of reviewers are USA based, as is BookBrowse. But BookBrowse is open to reviewers overseas. However, because they work exclusively with American publishers, it is rare that the publishers can send print copies to addresses outside of the USA. So if you live elsewhere only apply if you have the ability to read ebooks and are comfortable doing so.
