Recovery from writer's burnout is slow but can be accomplished. All it takes is a little self-love. You can do it! It is not impossible!
I have placed this article in hub Homework, as many people are writers by occupation...especially via work at home and virtual.

How can you do a little self-love?
1. Personal Upkeep
If you are a woman, when was the last time you wore some make-up, polished your nails, fixed your hairdo, then ate a delicious and healthy meal?
2. Contact.
Interact with others. Your laptop should not take you into a totally different world where there is nobody but you and a screen. Call a loved one, go out to lunch with a loved one, etc.
3. Change.
Do something out of the ordinary. Take a class, take up a neat hobby, etc.
4. New Job.
Maybe take a leave from writing all together and find a new job. When you feel refreshed and rejuvenated, then go back to writing.
Do you notice any symptoms of writer's burnout? If so, I hope this article helps out.
